I am a global leader who has seen a tremendous growth in her career, despite coming from humble beginnings. I have led large global teams at all points of their lifecycle: creating teams from scratch, inheriting teams going through a transformation, growing and globalizing teams, downsizing... I have seen it all. I have also managed significant budgets, transformational technology projects, and delivered mission-critical programs.
While working in the corporate world refined me as a professional, being an entrepreneur for the past few years has shaped me into a more well-rounded individual with an even broader perspective. Throughout my career, I have coached and mentored those who have reached out to me, and volunteered to create and deliver training programs for upcoming leaders in the organizations I've worked for.
